At Lowry Solutions, our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and have a great experience along the way. However, we understand that sometimes, the item(s) purchased don’t provide the solution you were expecting for one reason or another.
To minimize the possibility of this occurring, we have a panel of Solutions Experts available at 888-881-2477 to answer any questions you may have before committing to making a purchase.
In the event that a purchase doesn’t provide the solution you expected, the item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date. Once the items(s) is/are received at our warehouse, we will thoroughly inspect and test the item(s).
Items passing inspection and testing, will be processed for return/credit for the full purchase amount less a 25% restocking fee. PLEASE NOTE: As shipping/freight options and their subsequent charges are the financial responsibility of the purchaser, Lowry Solutions does not refund said charges; nor do we provide for return shipping/freight for returns/RMAs.
ALL returns must be received in new condition with all of the original packaging.
