Hardware Service Request Details

Shortly after you click [SUBMIT NEW SERVICE REQUEST], you will receive a verification that your request has been received. At this point, the Service Request workflow has been put into motion and your request has entered the queue of our system.

When your Hardware Service Request is picked up for action, one or both of the following actions will take place:

  • You will receive an email with your Service Ticket Number or phone call from our Service Center to further discuss the issue, troubleshoot the issue, and discuss best course of action going forward.
  • If you have subscribed to our Depot Service, the agreed upon process within your contract has been initiated.
