As the COVID-19 situation continues to change daily, we are reaching out to you to share what measures Lowry Solutions is taking to minimize the impact on our customers. Many states have closed businesses deemed as ‘non-essential.” Lowry Solutions has been deemed ‘essential’ and is fully operational and servicing customers. We will remain open and continue to provide our customers with seamless service during this unprecedented time.
We are continuing to adhere to all recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and our local authorities, assuring that our staff remains safe and healthy.
Due to supply chain constraints, we have started to experience some delays in receiving goods from certain suppliers. These delays have resulted in longer lead times on some items. To alleviate any major interruptions within your business, we ask that you evaluate your current and future needs. Placing orders as early as possible will help Lowry Solutions better optimize our supply chain and provide priority to those customers placing firm orders. If you are concerned about a delay in a current or future order please contact your sales representative. If you are not able to receive goods from existing orders at any of your locations, please notify us via email at CSR-OOO@lowrysolutions.com. All orders will be fulfilled on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.
