Since 1980, Mike Lowry has been the CEO and President of Lowry Holding Company, Inc., a family business founded in 1974. Through his vision and leadership, Mike has helped identify and establish the company’s Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) niche. He transformed Lowry from a regional computer peripheral distributor to a national manufacturer, integrator and provider of wireless, RFID-EPC, bar code and data collection solutions that are in the vanguard of technology, equipment, and industry compliance. Through his thought leadership, Mike has led the industry growing the company’s offerings of Enterprise Mobility Solutions, IoT Solutions and Managed Print Services and position Lowry in the rapidly emerging use of RFID-EPC, IoT and Blockchain technology for supply chain applications.
As a partner with Lowry Holding Company, Inc., Steve Lowry leads the company’s government team which holds a GSA contract and been awarded numerous DOD contracts.
Under his leadership, Lowry Solutions (then Lowry Computer) was named the Michigan small business Government supplier of the year in 2006. His team was also recognized by the DOD for their work in creating a handheld bio-metric reader for the DOD following the events of September 11, 2001.
Sean Lowry is the Sr. Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Lowry Solutions, a position he has held since 2014. Sean leads Lowry’s enterprise and internal sales efforts to the company’s thousands of clients as well as oversees the overall marketing strategy and brand integrity. Sean began his career at Lowry in 2006 in the Government Solutions division as an account executive before being promoted to his current position. He holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Michigan.
Mark Muehlenbeck was hired at Lowry Solutions as the CFO in 2007. Prior to joining the company, he had over twenty years of experience in cost control, strategic analysis & planning, financial team leadership, turnaround experience, business integration, plant start-up, plant supply chain management, systems implementation, project management, negotiations, regulatory compliance, and corporate & public accounting experience, earning his CPA in Colorado. He worked as a Director of Logistics for a large company, responsible for building and integrating their expanding $900 million division’s logistics/supply chain activities and was the Chief Financial Officer/Division Controller at a company in Farmington, MI, where he was responsible for all financial aspects of a $60 million division. He has a BS from Central Michigan University and an MBA from Michigan State University.
With over 20 years in business management experience, Kathe Copeland is responsible for the overall management of Lowry Solutions’ operations. Kathe’s background includes experience in logistics, quality, supply chain, resource management, project management, strategic analysis and planning, procurement, business integration and systems implementation. She has led the company to ISO 9001:2015 certification and oversees Lowry’s ecommerce sales and supplies as well as customer experience customization. Kathe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Cleary University.
Rami El-Chafei leads Lowry Solutions’ technology organization including product management, engineering, IT, as well as Managed Services and Support division. Rami oversees Lowry’s on-premise and SAAS enabled technology platform that combines proprietary development with best-in-class technologies to support clients’ revenue growth and streamline service support for our strategic clients. During his tenure, Rami held several other roles, including Information Systems manager, Data warehouse architect, and Service Delivery Director. With over 15 years of solution consulting and engagements, product/project management and business development experience, Rami has worked in several consulting services and technology environments. Prior to Lowry, he was in consulting roles at industry-leading organizations. Rami attended Ryerson University for B.S in Electrical Engineering, and also holds B.S in Information Systems Management from WGU. Rami grew up in Kuwait and immigrated to Canada at the age of 14. After graduating college, he moved to United States and has lived in several large cities.
Patty O’Brien is a proven sales executive with 30 years of sales leadership in positions of increasing responsibility. She possesses a documented record of success in the areas of; account management/business development in both domestic and international markets; creation and execution of strategic sales planning; delivery of bottom-line results through execution of both marketing strategies and tactical sales plans & a record of meeting or exceeding assigned forecasts/targets & metrics. The majority of Patty’s career has been with Lowry’s partner, Zebra Technologies where she was Director/VP of Inside & NA Supplies Sales. Patty received her BA from DePaul University and lives in the Greater Chicago area.
